The Grand Hotel Besson's restaurant has large windows and is set on two levels in wood and stone.

It offers the scents and flavors of the valley and traditional Piedmontese cuisine with reinterpretations of classic Italian cuisine. It offers high quality dishes, prepared with passion and knowledge by the Chef and his collaborators. Fantasy, love for good food and fresh ingredients are the basis of all the recipes.
A rich buffet of vegetables, fruit and crudité is added to the rich à la carte menu.
